Consent, handled

We talk to the planning officer before the drawings are finished, not after. Then we prepare and submit the application with the drawings, assessments and statements it needs, and manage it through to determination.

Building Regulations run alongside rather than after, so consent and technical design land close together and the site can start without a gap.
